Yoga in the Park Starts May 14!

Mark your calendars!  Yoga in the Park Starts May 14!

Saturday 9 to 10:15 am @ Granite Creek Park!  Outdoor yoga will start in May this year!

Winter and Fall gave me the great opportunity to take my teaching offerings into the look and feel of yoga workshops and mini retreats in addiction to small private groups of weekly classes.

And you can find me offering outdoor classes through out the summer at Granit Creek Park. Please feel free to share with me any type of hopes or desires you would have for deepening your own yoga practices and studies. I’m always open to feedback which will help align the workshop and retreats to support and encourage each of you to stay on your yoga path and on your mats practicing this amazing ancient art and science called yoga.

Enjoy all that the season of summer brings to you and your loved ones.  I look forward to seeing you soon.

Cost: $10 donation

Tanna Bloomfield: 200hr-RYT & Kids Yoga teacher

Yoga has been a part of Tanna’s life since 2016, and her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. Tanna completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification with Cheryl Walters of Lotus Bloom Yoga and is a member of the Yoga Alliance community. Tanna is currently enrolled in the Cosmic Kids Yoga certification program.

Tanna will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the insightful wisdom her teachers continue to graciously share. Tanna’s classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Tanna seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. Her hope is that you step off of the mat feeling strong, confident, nourished and grounded.

Tanna emphasizes fun and storytelling in her kids yoga classes, and loves to explore new ways of making classes as engaging as possible for children. Tanna believes that kids yoga has an important role in the emotional, as well as physical development of children.
