Yoga for veterans is designed specifically with veterans in mind. Learn a collection of simple yet effective practices specifically adapted for military service members and veterans recovering from PTSD and stress associated with civilian readjustment. Practice mindfulness techniques and meditation tools along with physical yoga poses designed to help enhance the health of the body and mind regardless of physical limitations or psychological distress. The main goal of this class is to improve focus and concentration, combat insomnia and have an overall greater ability to enjoy life, experiencing more serenity and inner peace.
