“Journeywork” is about learning the necessary skills to navigate your own path through life. This workshop, with Shinay Tredeau and Mary Angelon Young, is designed to bring you closer to your heart of hearts on your journey through life. Join these two women for a dynamic morning of asana and an afternoon infused with insight and inspiration that will fuel your practice and guide you in the direction you want to be going. Shinay Tredeau provides an enlivening experiential education through yoga asana exploring what it means to build a foundation of practice in your body. Mary Angelon offers insights from her 45 + years on the spiritual path through archetypal storytelling and real-life, first-hand experience of what it means to live our truest path and walk the talk.

Join in the good company of fellow path-walkers and (re)ignite the spark within you for practice and personal transformation.
