Time To Practice: A Yoga Workshop with Shinay: September 1

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

“Yoga doesn’t take time, yoga gives time.” -B.K.S. Iyengar

It’s Time to revisit some themes. “Check the downward pull” means anchor yourself to something real and then lean into your edges.

The fast-pace of our contemporary lives typically does not include space (physically or mentally) to build a solid foundation for anything to stand upon. Our culture is speeding up and pushes us toward “More, bigger, better, faster.” Yoga offers us an opportunity to ground ourselves in BEing — the most significant and fundamental element of human life.

You are invited to slow down, to build from the ground up, to refine and perhaps redefine your yoga practice whether you are a beginning student or a long-time yoga practitioner. You will be offered an opportunity to work, play and BE inspired. Come with a sense of humor.
