The fast-pace of our contemporary lives typically does not include space (physically or mentally) to build a solid foundation for anything to stand upon. Our culture is speeding up and pushes us toward “More, bigger, better, faster.” Yoga offers us an opportunity to ground ourselves in BEing — the most significant and fundamental element of human life.
You are invited to slow down, to build from the ground up, to refine and perhaps redefine your yoga practice whether you are a beginning student or a long-time yoga practitioner. You will be offered an opportunity to work, play and BE inspired. Come with a sense of humor.
SHINAY TREDEAU is a 300-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), B.A. Humanities: Prescott College, Shinay Tredeau is a certified yoga teacher, yoga health coach, and co-author of Woman Challenge the Lie: 8 Radical Moves to Get Beyond “Never Good Enough.” Shinay has been practicing yoga asana since 2003 and teaching since 2007. Known for her energy, passion, and love of the human body, her teaching is a combination of her ongoing studies in movement, dance, yoga, writing and spirituality. She is inspired by the power of bringing intergenerational groups of people together to explore and celebrate what it means to be fully human.
